I have already took the screenshot of the page for future reference. One of my friend in Canada asked me to send by courier service to their office. Is it good decision?

I cannot comment on courier, maybe someone else with similar experience can advise.

If I am in your place, I would do multiple things.

Submit a CSE with the document attached.

Send out a mail with attachment to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca (since you are a PNP candidate)

Also, send the same across to your friend. I hope he'll be submitting the same. Not sure, if they accept physical copies of document in EE.

Try somehow to call their helpdesk on Monday.

I have submitted a CSE with LOE and requested documents. In autometic reply it said they will take 10 business days for technical difficulties and other cases 30 days. I am afraid I will have only 4 business days, if my application is affected for this it will be bad luck.

I also sent the documents with LOE to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. Automated reply says they will response in 20 business days.

Other option is to send a fax.

Did you also try to reply the email address that sent you the message?

No, I didn't try. But I received notification from noreply@cic.gc.ca email address mentioning that I have a new message in mycic account. In mycic profile, I got a link of request letter. I don't think I can send mail to noreply@cic.gc.ca

Oh ok, I didn't know it came to my CIC, have you clicked view submitted application" it will take you to the form you completed with transmitted and a lock sign, then you click continue at the bottom of the page, it should take you to where the checklist was, the additional document upload space should be there. Quite surprising if it isn't there.

Yes, I was there minimum 2 times every hour last two days. Yes, I followed as you mentioned. I know the placeholder to upload documents because I attached additional documents (Schedule 4 and 4A) on October 21, 2015. But there is no link, no button, no option on that page to upload.

That's ok, then your CSE would suffice.

I am afraid because CSE automated reply says that they will respond in 10 business days for technical difficulties, but my CSE will get only 4 business day.

If it is not your fault than you need not worry. You did all you could so dont stress out. Let cic respond and i am sure they will understand your situation and rectify it at their end.

1) I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca (Case Processing Centre, Ottawa, Ontario) with LOE about the technical difficulties that I faced and completed IMM5406E - Additional Family Information forms. For their reference, I enclosed the screenshots of designated placeholder page (MyCIC>View submitted application>Continue>Documents submitted by the client page, here I am supposed to get a new row, new link or button to upload for requested documents, but unfortunately I am not getting any optons).

2) I also sent a CSE with LOE about the technical difficulties that I faced and completed IMM5406E - Additional Family Information forms. 3) I sent an email to Local Visa office with LOE, Screenshot, filled forms

Any other option can I try??? Please?

CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca (Case Processing Centre, Ottawa, Ontario) Replied me to send a CSE in their web form.

Still now no response for my CSE. Tomorrow is the last day of time limit.

I hope everything will turn out ok... pls keep us updated if you get any news on this... thanks!!

Now it is 13 days (10 business days) since I sent a CSE with marital status information and LOE (technical difficulties). Automatic reply said they will take 10 business days to response, but no response at all.

No change in MyCIC profile, no ECAS access.

How long will CIC take to response any technical difficulties? any idea? It's so much painful.
