URGENT HELP pls passport is stack in Syria >:(

HI every body,

im new here, and im already in a very serious situation, the embassy told me 2 days ago than my visa is now affixed on my passport and ready to be sent to me. and i should arrange with the courier company to pick it up from the Immigration Section, Canadian Embassy, Damascus, Syria. And i have been trying since then to find a solution but it was all useless. Before i sent the passport to the embassy in Damascus, i have asked DHL if they can pick up my passport from the Canadian embassy, they said yes, but now they are telling me that i have to be a registered member by DHL, otherwise they wont collect my passport.

so pls do you have and advices pls help me

So did you ask them what you have to do to become a "registered member by DHL"?

of course i asked them, they told me, only companies can get registered

sorry, its taking me so long to answer, i was on the phone. DHL told me that the DHL employee must have misunderstood me.

i sent my file to Mississauga on dec 19,
passport request on 1st of April
