I've got 2 yrs exp in IT and after that 2yr 11 months in Banking (Joined on 16/01/2017)
my current CRS is 446 it can go to 471 if i add these 2 and i have all docs for both. So, should i add these as I might have chance in coming draws or should wait till 15,January,2020 and declare only banking experience of 3 yrs in EE Profile, but I heard multiple NOC get you more marks initially but post ITA they consider experience for primary job only and reject profiles is it true ?? For this very reason, I created a profile with IT experience and not adding my current job initially as it was giving me score of 3 or more years experience by clubbing both while I had 2yrs exp in each NOC.
PS :- EE Profile counts Experience in terms on Months (mm/yyyy) not date(dd/mm/yyy), so does it mean i complete 3 yr next month i.e Jan 2017 - Dec 2019) as per EE before ITA.
but post ITA they ask for exact dates, So how should i go about that .
