Urgent help needed!!!Client COPR for dependant accidentally damaged!!

I need help or guidance from seniors, while taking a copy of the client COPR for my dependant the copier messed up and copied over it, now its not legible, what do I do? Do I have to send back all our passports and coprs for a new one to be issued? I have tried calling the Call Centre but cannot speka to anyone, thanks for your help.

Thanks psfe for your info-very helpful-I have not even landed so do you know if I have to send all our passports and COPRs to have my dependants replaced?

Calm down man. There is nothing to worry about.
You basicaly need to fill and send "Application for a Verification of Status (VOS) or Replacement of an Immigration Document":
