moving to canada from USA while on h1b

There are only two options for your company to get you hired in Canada. 1. Apply for LMIA for you. Once approved you will be able to apply for Work Permit. 2. Apply for ICT (Intra-Company Transfer) visa for you. NOTE: Both options require your company actively doing business in Canada, not just...

    Change of coarse--will it effect??

I don't mean to be coarse, but if you indeed wrote "coarse" instead of "course" in every place in your SOP, then I wouldn't be surprised why your application has been rejected...

    Can i change my field?

Most probably changing the course will not help you to get PR, but it won't hurt either. IRCC lately dropped "in-demand jobs list", so all the jobs which are under NOC 0, A or B are equal in terms of possibility to get PR. Some provinces may still keep "eligible occupation lists" for their own...

    Can i change my field?

You don't need to apply for new SP or notify CIC if you changing a course, however you need to notify CIC if you changing DLI (but no need to apply for new SP). http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-postsec.asp

    Very easy PR from Ontario?

That's true. But the employer must submit job offer for pre-screening and it must be approved by Ontario. Regarding masters, yes, that's also true, but you must complete masters before applying for PR (not in the process of doing masters). Also I'm not sure if these programs have caps.

Living in Canada permanently by constantly renewing Work Permit?

Technically it is possible, but every 2-3 years your employer will need to apply for LMIA and you will need to extend your WP based on that LMIA which is pretty much gamble game.

Work Permit expiring whilst Permanent Residency is processing

You're good to apply. Being employed is not a requirement for BOWP.

    COPR Errors & Corrections

It's a common issue with an original entry date in CoPR and afaik it should not create any problem later. Border officer will probably refuse to make an amendment to CoPR but you may still try.

Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) under express entry - connect here

IRCC usually doesn't accept additional documents for visa/wp applications. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=326&top=23 And, for sure they will not contact you for additional document. VO can easily check status of your PR application in their system. I think that the only...

Upfront Medicals - Can family members go separately?

Yes, it is Ok. Just make sure that medical test for any of your family members is not older than 6 months at the time you submit your eAPR. There is no such thing "single set medical report" for multiple ppl.

    Pregnancy after AOR

No need to notify IRCC until actual change in family status (i.e. the child is born). If the change happens after you get PR, no need to notify at all (in case and child is born in Canada).

Nail the Challenge of Getting Reference Letter from Current Employer!!

My guess, for certain ppl who don't have enough experience and have no way to get into Canada otherwise, it worth the risk to fake experience and documents. Not something unusual. Read Immigration news few years back, you will find a lot of "interesting" information... Ppl faked work experience...

Anyone got PR as postdoc under NOC 4011? Please help!

What is written in your work permit? Does it mention postdoctoral fellowship? If you can't get any teaching/lecturing/mentoring duties in your reference letter, I suggest you not to use NOC 4011. Although I know one person who got PR with 4011 w/o including teaching, others weren't so lucky...

    EE proof of work experience

    1. Yes, the do. Think about it that way. If they wouldn't check candidate work experience, it would be easy to fake. I doubt Canadian government wants criminals coming here. 3,4. In that case you can provide sufficient combination of proofs for your work experience (I.e. notarized letter from...

Medical Exam in Toronto, Ontario area , any recommendations?

Dr. Francis Li in Toronto (Pape subway station) works on Saturday and no appointment is required (first come, first serve). Had to pay $200 per person (2+ years ago)

What documents are needed to apply for a permanent resident visa?

If I understand your question correctly, you don't need to obtain any additional documents after you submit your application for PR, unless explicitly asked by IRCC.

Can spouse get open work permit like the primary applicant

IRCC doesn't really cares who was sent by who. Quebec has their own immigration programs, therefore if you plan to live in Quebec, you need to go with one of these programs.

Bridging Open Work Permit Without Spouse X-Ray Exam

BOWP doesn't require medical examination. If you don't have medical examination completed before applying for wp, you will get wp with certain restrictions (I.e working in health care jobs).
