Dear senior,
My another question is in travel list i came to canada from my home country so i should i write that in my travel list coz right now i live in canada as work permit and i also i visited my home country too for a month kindly please answer that question thank you

Re: CEC application From

Q. 10) Country of residence = Canada; status = worker; "from" = date work permit issued and "to" = write the date you filled the from. When you print it out, you can draw a line over it and write "present".

Background A, Q.8 ) Yes, include the trip to your home country. Your dates can overlap, but you should not leave gaps. For example, if you worked from Jan 2011 - May 2011, took a trip in July 2011 for 1 month and returned to work for the same employer, you can write:

Jan 2011 - present: occupation = teacher; city/town; employer name, etc
July 2011 - Aug 2011: occupation = travelling(name of home country), city/town you visited; name of employer = Not Applicable or N/A, etc... continue listing the dates going back to your 18 birthday.

Schedule 8 Economic Class: Q. 9) You have to list any skilled jobs held within the past 3 years, so it will be "2011 - present" for your current job and any other skilled jobs you've held since 2009(if applicable).
scehdule 8 : question 7 - Read the CEC guide for details you should provide.

No, your job and education do not have to be related. It just has to be skilled work(NOC O, A, B).

For the travel form, you would list trips from your home country to Canada and any other countries AND trips from Canada to any other countries(including home country) in the last 10 yrs or since your 18th birthday if this was less than 10 yrs ago.

Hi Toddmeng,
based on your question, it seems you are living in your home country now, so you should list both UK & Canada and also any other countries travelled

Thanks alot.

So, I will write like this:

09-2005 to 07-2006 9months 10days, london, England, study
08-2006 to 12-2006 4months 3days, london, England, study
12-2006 to 12-2007 12months 2days, london, England, study
01-2008 to 01-2009 12months 23 days, london, England, study
09-2009 to 10-2009 23days, london, England, study
10-2009 to 11-2009 20days, london, England, study
05-2010 to 01-2011 8months 20days, london, England, study
03-2011-05-2012 14months 25days, Vancouver, Canada, work

I came back home a few times during my study in the UK and work in Canada, so I have to write it like this. otherwise, I will hide the trips back home. I am afraid that they won't like this. do any one knows this? also, if you know how to call CIO from outside of Canada, please let me know. 1800 number doesn't work. Thanks!

Another plan:

09-2005 to 11-2009 4 years London, England, study
during this 4 years, I have traveled back to my home country a few times as below:
07-2006 to 08-2006, 24days, Beijing, China, visiting family
12-2006 to 12-2006 10days, beijing, china, visiting family
12-2007 to 01-2008 21 days, beijing, china, visiting family
01-2009 to 03-2009 35days, beijing, china, visiting family
09-2009 to 10-2009 30days, beijing, china, visiting family
11-2009 to 05-2010 5months, beijing, china, visiting family

05-2010 to 05-2012 2 years, vancouver, canada, work
during this 2 years, my travel list as below:
11-2010 to 11-2010 3days, Portland, US, tourism
01-2011 to 03-2011 48days, Beijing, China, visiting family
07-2011 to 07-2011 3days, Seattle, US, tourism
11-2011 to 11-2011 10days, Washington, US, conference

Is this better? in case they consider the UK and Canada as my residence at that time, they want to see my trips to China, so, in this plan, I won't miss either the time in the UK and Canada or trips to China.

Please advise me! thanks a lot

Only IMM5562 travel list and another form needed to be filled, hopefully submit it this week. Still waiting for help in the other side of the earth. Thanks a lot

It's pretty straight forward - list all trips in the timeframe specified by the intructions. You can not go wrong for giving them all information but you may find yourself in deep doo doo if you play fast and loose with the rules. Remember to submit police clearance certificates for countries(other than Canada) in which you resided for 6 consecutive months or more.

thanks, I will give them all my trips including the time in Canada and UK. I have all the police certificates. Cheers

A number of things are different if you send your application from outside of Canada. Need to be careful!

Re: CEC application From

Hi Senorita. I have a question regarding Personal History section completion on CEC application form. I used to study from 2009-2011 but at same time I use to work part time to pay my bills. Now is it mandatory to state my part time work in my personal history section while I was studying or on list studying as main activity?

Secondly, should I send them my T4 from my full time work or I have send them from my part time work as well? Cause I was working as part time in 2011 start and then got a full time job.

Lastly, My part time job was as Bartender which doesnt fall into NOC classes. So I don't have to list it in "Work Experience IN Canada" ?

Please help as I am too confused and need to submit it asap. Thnx in advance. U advice would be of great help to me ...Cheers !!!!

Studying was your main activity but if you also had part-time jobs, include them. Your dates can overlap but you should not leave gaps.

Secondly, should I send them my T4 from my full time work or I have send them from my part time work as well? Cause I was working as part time in 2011 start and then got a full time job.

Submit T4 from both jobs and the notice of assessment.

Lastly, My part time job was as Bartender which doesnt fall into NOC classes. So I don't have to list it in "Work Experience IN Canada" ?

That's correct.

Please help as I am too confused and need to submit it asap. Thnx in advance. U advice would be of great help to me ...Cheers !!!!

Re: CEC application From

Hello Senorita.. One more question sprung in my mind.

Do I have to submit Letter of Reference from my Part time jobs as well as I was working ?

It says on the guide that one has to submit LOR for past 3 years but is it related to Part time or full time? Just confused as I am going to mention part time job on my personal history thats y.

Thnx once again.... Good evening ahead

If they are within the past 3 years, yes.

It says on the guide that one has to submit LOR for past 3 years but is it related to Part time or full time? Just confused as I am going to mention part time job on my personal history thats y.

It refers to both part time and full time jobs for the past 3 yrs.
