URGENT: Extend my Post-secondary open work permit in Quebec with CSQ

I have csq under qsw. Can I extend my open work permit. I am aware that I will get closed wp this time..in this case does my employer has to pay compliance fees or can I just extend iy with offer of employment and csq? And will this close wp be employer specific only?
