Urgent biometric help

when applying for a study visa it says i have to give my biometrics within 30 days, yet currently the VAC office in London only have one appointment available, i’ve even gone into early 2021 and no appointments... Can i book the available appointment now on the 30th july with the VAC then apply for my visa? Because i will get the letter that i need to take to the visa office well before then (as its emailed) is this ok?
