Could anybody advise me how the complete list of application received by CIC is updated in the site. Is it just after checking the applications or after en-cashing DD or CC or sending PER or any thing else.

The list on the CIC site reflects applications that have been reviewed by CIC and deemed to be complete. It does not reflect applications received. The list only includes application received until around mid May since CIC has only managed to review this many applications at this point.
