My husband and I both did our under grad degrees in the UK, at different Universities, both Universities only keep transcripts for 10 years and they are no longer available. Has anyone else had any experience of this? Any suggestions on what to do next? We are in Canada, I have a study permit while I complete my Master's and my husband has an open work permit and a job offer, but it looks like if we can't get the transcripts then we will not be able to process Express Entry.
