I have completed Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and communication. I have gone through all major posts here and felt colleges are not good to pursue higher educations. If one wants to get Maters than need to go to Universities only.

If any has a knowledge about courses available in Telecommunication in any ranked universities than please let me know.

1. For indian students, college and university doesn't matter. They can get visa in a week if they apply in SPP.
2. For master's degree you will be required to join university.
3. U of Toronto, Carleton University etc.

I have done my Btech, MBA then have work experience for 3 yrs.
