Hi, guys,
It seem everyone being affected may get a good news soon! I haven't been able to access e-CAS since last weekend but got a PRS email from Manila today! Good luck for all of us!

Hi,
I sent my application in February 2014 and have been able to access its "Client Application Status" from the beginning. However, this morning when I tried to log on, I received this message:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided..."

Has anybody else ever experienced this?

thanks

Hi I have been experiencing the same problem until now.
I still don't have any update.

Still not working -- I haven't been able to check the status of my (sponsor) application since last Friday...

its still not working.
I called the cic helpline here in toronto and have put in a complaint regarding the website.
They say they have forwaded it to their IT department

How are the ppl on the NEW DELHI 2013 APPLICANTS checking their updates?? Ive seen a lotta people getting good news, and they are accessing their profiles, and can see a change from "application received" to either "in process" or "decision made"

It doesn't work for me either. I only have a sponsor UCI. When do we typically get an applicant UCI? My sponsor was approved a couple weeks ago and the process has moved to the evaluation of the applicant step.

Applicant are only issued a file number initially. You should see this on the SA email sent to the sponsor. it starts with F000. You can use this to login to eCAS. I also saw my (applicant) own UCI on my GCMS notes.

Yep, not working for me either.

* edit

My wife's (sponsor) number won't work but if I use the application file number with my details I can login, still no movement on it anyway!

Mine (sponsor) doesn't work, but I can log on with my partner's (applicant) information... no movement though... whatever problem the system's been having, I hope it is fixed soon (and that everyone affected will receive some good news!)

From sponsor account it's not opening but from applicant account it's opening.

For the sake of keeping things simple, can people STOP using shortforms like SA email. Whats the SA email ? I didnt receive any such email from CIC, all i have is the tax receipts which i paid.
How and where can i locate my wife's application number or any number to log into the Client Application Status (CAS) website?

Pathetic how inefficient the New Delhi Visa guys are. Or cic for that matter.

I also faced that problem yesterday but from today my e-case status is showing same as before "Application Received" and showing two addresses one is current home address in canada & another one current mailing address (which was I used for my migration). But why are they showing two addresses from today?Do you have any idea anyone or facing like that?plz share your experience.I was sleeping for long time bcoz Singapore visa office processing time is 30 months, today I walked up hahaha.I pray for everybody you will get good news very soon.Thanks.

SA=Sponsorship Approval. Once you're approved as a sponsor, they will send you the Sponsorship Approval email. Like what I said earlier, the file number should be indicated on the Sponsorship Approval email. It starts with F000

It's working for me now (but no updates...nothing has changed... still says "application received.")
