Hi everyone
I have a question about currents issues
my spouse sponsorship application(inland) is in prosess and i got sponsor so my bossask me if i wanna take layoff and apply unemployment
But im scared if its gonna have any negative effect on my application?
Please reply if someone have this experience thanks

You just have to be able to show that you have the funds to support yourselves and not go on welfare. Assume you have talked to a CA about how to sbest work for an employer while in Canada since it seems your H1B is expiring soon.
