With respect, you have no idea who I really am, and presumably at some point in time you will need to explain the same stuff to another total stranger in IRCC. Therefore, you might as well explain here, so that others can also help you. Remove your email address from your post and you will be relatively anonymous.

Anyway....my application is taking lots of time......7months left for the processing time but sill no medical. Whats more striking is that on ECAS the application has stucked on "APPLICATION RECEIVED" instead of "In Process"
Its really frustrating
Moreso, i e-mailed IRCC on Monday 21st October but sill no reply from them

Would like know of my husband was my accompanying spouse when We immigrate to quebec. I was the main applicant. Was he considered as sponsored spouse?
 
I see. Is he qualified for the new pilot program for undeclared family members? he has a kid from he was a teenager and was not able to declare due to not know the whereabouts before.

The reason that the answer is no, is because he became a PR via an "economic immigration" path, and the pilot program excludes this. Only Refugee and Family Class applications are covered.

You must either declare your child now as part of your Express Entry application - or you can never sponsor that child.

Hi syclla,my husband went to Canada as a refuge and he didn't declare our two kids,he declared only me,can we apply through pilot program?. thank you

Yes, you can certainly try assuming they are 21 year old or younger.
