i am having toruble to to upload my visitor visa immi 5257.i am getting this message

•Error Description: The answers you provided previously in the question flow do not correspond with the values in the application form. Please modify your answers in the question flow or the values in the application form.
i have uploaded in in the first section where it says immi 5257 form and it has been uploaded sucussfully
but i am unable to upload in the optional section do i have to upload again the form immi 5257 in the optional section tooo.
please help me many thanks guys! ??
