Unable to upload docs for PR app

Hi Guys,

So i am facing a problem in uploading my documents for PR application online. It gives me a message saying -

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: You are unable to attach a file which exceeds 4MB. Retry or change your method of delivery.

Should make a rar file? but it says on the guidelines to only upload pdf or jpg files ??

Hi,

No, you can't upload a RAR file. Only upload the file types that CIC accepts.

Compress your files by using a lower resolution and/or quality.

Google "small PDF" for a web app that can shrink your PDF files

For JPEG, any graphics program should be able to do compress the file for you.

For education do we have to upload our Transcript and degree along with Canada Equivalency document?
