Hey guys, I am in the same boat. I have raised a webform for "technical difficulty" and sent them emails on "IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" and "IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca"

Hopefully they pay attention in time and get this resolved.

Please post on the thread if you guys see any updates.

Yes, it is working for people who have their Ecopr. It isn’t working for those who have got their logins recently.
