Unable to login to my IRCC account to check messages

Hello,

I got an email saying I have a new message in my account. But when I try to login, it doesn't allow me to log in. I get 2 errors. Either "Error 403- Error reading from remote server" or "Error 502 Bad Gateway". I sent a technical difficulties web form to IRCC.

Is anyone else facing this issue? If so, how do we resolve it?
