Unable to find my citizenship application in ECAS

Currently in the middle of applying for citizenship - test completed in May, just waiting on LPP to be approved. I can see my application status in the CIC Tracker, but I am not able to find my application in ECAS. I have tried using my UCI, Citizenship Application Number and Permanent Resident Card Number. No luck.

Should I contact IRCC about this to find out what the issue is and how do I contact them? Is having access to ECAS worth the hassle?

Did you apply the online way? If Yes, you won't have access to ECAS.
