Unable to access ECAS

My ECAS was working till yesterday. I checked and double checked my information, tried with UCI number and applicant number. But I am getting this message. Anyone suggest why I am getting this message.

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

My ECAS was working till yesterday. I checked and double checked my information, tried with UCI number and applicant number. But I am getting this message. Anyone suggest why I am getting this message.

Hi nepscan, try typing your full name, example - "Firstname" "Lastname". Make sure the 1st alphabets are in capital.
Myself and some other forum members had the same problem a few months back but we tried this way and it worked.
