So its better to have above 10k before applying. 3 months statement is enough.

Doesn’t mean “you must have 10k.” there so many other reasons including Income is too low compared to expenses/travel plan, sudden large deposits (looks suspicious), no stable job or unclear source of money, travel cost seems unrealistic for their finances.
In other words, it’s about credibility, not just the number.
