My timelines if that helps.
Submitted passports on 24th Jan. Received by VFS on 25th Jan . 26th Jan holiday. Reached IRCC 28th Jan. Waited and got email and SMS that decision taken and passport sent to VFS on 15th Feb. Blue dart activated on 15th late night. Received passport after stamping on 16th Feb. 3 passports . Spouse and 2 children. VO - New Delhi. Category - PR after PPR
Important - Got a call from IRCC that will you be travelling in next one month. time given to land till 16th March. Reason - Medical was done in March 2021.

Vfs tracking now shows passport dispatched from ircc to vfs delhi. Hopefully, will get it tomorrow or early next week.
I just(18-Feb) got dispatch mail from VFS.

Hi guys, is it just me who’s waiting on receiving stamped passport back from IRCC once it had gone for processing since Jan 27, 2022 at IRCC New Delhi? I’m seeing here that people whose passports were in Processed from Feb 1- Feb 4 2022 have now started getting their stamped passport back or dispatch emails. Not sure why am I not receiving any update on mine.
Raised a webform online yesterday msg got a generic response that visa officers do not have any new update on the status of the application than what can be checked online.

Same with me. Feb 1 and nothing. Another friend of mine who had Feb 1 got it dispatched today, whereas I didnt get anything.
Jan 27th and still with IRCC seems so unfair :/
