Hi guys,
I got a question. I sent the package for passport stamping with the following documents
-PPR (i think the other name for this is Passport Transmission/Submission letter)
- Consent form
- Courier and SMS form
- 2 passport size photographs
The blue dart courier came on the asked date and wrote down the AWB # on the package.
I didn't include the AWB email. Would it really cause an issue? Will they return the package? The courier guy did write down the AWB# on the package though.

Please advise your thoughts

The mail doesn't mention which applicant's photo is required. As i received my passport back, i assumed it was the dependents. So i sent them dependents photos which reached delhi on 11thJan2021, still no update on the file. The previous pictures were correct size. Not sure why they asked for another ones.

Hi, The bluedart tracking says it’s delivered to VFS Delhi today morning around 11 but I haven’t received any update in email or SMS. Is this normal ?? When can I expect any kind of update ?

Hello everyone,
I received a message stating my decision envelope has been dispatched by vfs.
However does the tracker id gets activated only after 24 hours.
I see no records of my package as of now.
Also, does the counterfoil number gets immediately updated on the GCKEY or does it take a while?

hey guys, i got only one email... 1 had 2 applicants.. BUT they provided 2 AWB numbers in one single email... so thats for each applicant?
Can we use any AWB number for any applicant because they didnt assign any particular number to any particular applicant.

Have you got any tracking ID or Return AWB number for dependent.We also got only 1 email with tracking ID.Can you please update.
@robertp you have any further update in this similar scenrio.

12.a. If yes then please share the scan copy of the receipt as an attachment in pdf format
13. Tracking ID

Please provide above details as an attachment in a text ( .txt) file. & attached PPR letter too.

In case of pickup and deliver service NOT available @ your location VFS will also ask you to nearby location to drop or collect your passport.

After submit all requested detail wait for payment link. In my case it took 10 days to get payment link. VFS will send you payment link via Email and text message. You have to pay within 5 hours ones you get payment link. Check spam email in my case payment link deliver to spam message. Reply back email to request NEW PAYMENT LINK in case of payment link expired.

Important: ones you pay reply back to passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com that you already successful completed payment. Within 5-10 minutes you will get another email with AWB#.

Package preparation: Use A4 size envelope.

On Envelope write down address as:

List of document need to add in package:

1. Passport

Passport pickup day: blue dart courier boy will pickup sealed Envelope and put AWB label on package, S/He also give you 2nd copy of printed AWB to applicant for tracking . you can track after courier boy pickup your package.

Blue Dart will pick up your pkg next day. Passport return time 14-21 days ~~. Blue Dart tracking link: https://www.bluedart.com/web/guest

VFS will sent you text notification ones your passport submitted from VFS Delhi to IRCC for stamping (only if you pay for SMS service)
VFS will also sent you text message ones your passport ship back from VFS to your home address after stamping. (Only if you pay for SMS service)
