Hey guys. My parents got the msg dispatched from IRCC but we didn’t get any information regarding counterfoil update on IRCC account. Will their passport come stamped or not?

Same here, I also got the dispatched msg today but no info regarding the counterfoil update on the IRCC account. As per what I read, It's not mandatory to receive in that specific order, probably in a day or two we should see the update on the IRCC account as well.

In which visa category they are? If they are in supervisa category I don't think they get the counterfoil generation message.

@aryan27 I just checked and my application is in the approved state with counterfoils generated. I didn't get any email notification to check my account from IRCC. Just check if it's the same case with your parents as well.
