Dear friends, your piece of advise is needed.

I just have received New Brunswick Letter of Interest for which i applied in November after visiting informational session of NBPN (the session was my main ground to apply as i did not have connections with this province). NB officers said to wait for about 2 weeks after i would send the application and in case no interest is received by me within this period, it be should regarded as a refusal. I waited 4 weeks and later after recreating my EE profile with new IELTS results, in late December i received the same Interest Letter from Ontario. I plan to proceed with Ontario now and i am worried that Expression of Interest submitted by me may be considered not in my favour by the officers of OPNP. What do you think guys?

Won't be a problem. Applicants are allowed to simultaneously apply to multiple provinces - they have to make a choice only when they are nominated by more than 1 province.

You can apply to, and be considered by, multiple provinces, without one sabotaging the other application. You can proceed fine with the OINP application, without it being affected

Can this be done with two different EE profiles? One for one province the other for the second one?

No. Explicitly disallowed by CIC.

Hi Asivad

I'm in a situation too. I applied for NSNP paper application expression of interest which has 8 months time before they even acknowledge, expected in May 2016. Meanwhile I got nominated by SK and applied eAPR. Is it okay if I wait to see what happens to my PR app till May and then take a call if to withdraw the nsnp?

You are expected to inform the province(s) and withdraw pending application(s) if you accept a nomination from another province. Not a hard requirement though so you can probably wait it out and see if NS offers you PN and inform them at that point in time.

Thanks for the reply, not that I disagree with you but would like to read more official info on this to clarify my doubt. I tried to search but wasn't able to find the right info.

If I have recieved nomination on one profile already and waiting for a nomination from my preferred state on the second profile, is this a problem?

From what I think I know, verification only starts after you accept an ITA and then submit all your documents.

In case I receive nomination from my preferred state on the second profile and I withdraw my first already nominated profile before accepting ITA from the second one, would it be good to go as essentially I will only have one profile active at the time of accepting ITA.

Sorry about the long post but your advice will be highly appreciated.

In that limited sense, you are unlikely to be noticed by CIC as having had 2 active pre-ITA EE profiles simultaneously so it will work.
