Received In Canada Approval Letter but Medicals also requested

Hi

I had applied for Visitor Visa extension 3 weeks back. On May 17 I received the request for medical examination and yesterday I received the In Canada Approval Letter too. In that letter it was mentioned that "A secure document has been mailed to you at the address that you provided when you made your application." so, I have the below questions

1. Should I still go ahead with the medical examination requested by IRCC
2. I have not yet received the secure document, is it due to the IRCC waiting for my medicals to be completed ?

But under the Final decision I see "May 16, 2025 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details."

Yes, complete the medical. You were approved under the assumption that you would get a medical done. Failing to complete the medical will create issues for you later.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah sure will take the medicals.

And will the secure document they mentioned also will be mailed after that only, because have not recieved any document apart from the In Canada Approval Letter which clearly states that it is not valid document for extending stay in Canada
