Hello All,

I am considering to apply for Express Entry this year and currently am doing the pre-application research.

I am a holder of 4-year full-time Bachelor Degree and postgraduate diploma at University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education (not full-time)

Can I choose "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" for the level of education section?

Sorry to break this news to you, but you have to get your pgdip and bachelor evaluated by WES to really know.
That is the exact same reason I am choosing a master's degree over pgdip/ pgcert from hku space.
But my guessing is that WES will assess your pgdip+bachelor = 2 or more..... as the pgdip granting body is hku , let me know the result!

From the looks of it, yes it's two or more degrees. But you'll need to get your ECA first.
