I can download my e-certificate about 1.5 days after the ceremony. Perhaps when you attend the ceremony, you can let the IRCC agent know you didn't get the download email yet.- mark12345680

Oath ceremony is Oct 23rd and I got an email for the new Citizenship to Passport initiative. :) I can apply for passport before I get my citizenship certificate- mark12345680

There is a 5 day gap, you can refer to the timeline below. LPP passed on Sep 9 and updated on Sep 12. Ceremony changed to "in progress" on Sep 16 and reflected on tracker on Sep 18.- mark12345680
