You haven´t read much about immigration processes to Canada. You have to do your homework !!!!

Express Entry is a methodology to qualify for Permanent Residence, not something you would change for a visitor visa !!!!

Visitor Visa doesn´t qualify or give points for anything, just let you get in rightfully into Canada as a visitor !!!!

If your course is about improving your English and make you have a higher result in IELTS exam, that can improve points.

67 is the pass mark for applying for Permanent Residence, right now you don´t qualify !!!!

Do your homework !!! Read CIC site about Express Entry and Permanent Residence in particular following link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/fsw/index.asp?v=post

Thnx for yr responses i think i haven't clear my point of view

i do understand that EE is total a different thing i have already prepare my case for EE also

I have done my WES
IELTS
EXPERIANCE
AGE points etc i am just short for 2 points

By doing this course will be get any more points and i submit my case online from there for EE .
Any advantage by being there and apply ?? as my Visa valid for 6 months

on the other hand while applying for EE could i gain more time by apply for student Visa ??

You don't get extra points for submitting from Canada or for being in Canada when you get an ITA. Obviously, if you are successful in getting a student visa before your visitor visa expires, you can stay longer.

I just called CIC awhile ago. If you are here in Canada as a visitor and you received an ITA and apply from here, your application will be processed here. Otherwise, if you exit Canada, go back to your home country then submit your application, it will be processed in your home country. That's what the officer told me.

As far as I know, if you here in Canada as a visitor and wants to study, you cannot convert your visa to student permit, or apply for a student permit, from within Canada. My aunt's friend who is an immigration officer told her that you need to exit and apply in your home country for the student permit.
