TRV Refusal letter - help

i have received this letter today. i applied for my mother in November 2019 for super visa from India. i am just wondering if anyone can share what "family composition information" has been included and where to disclose?

Do I include in my invitation letter ?

yes so if you are the inviter of your parents for supervisa you must meet the income requirements for the number of people involved. Which means you plus spouse and kids, plus number of people previously invited on supervisa plus number of people inviting now.
For example if you had a spouse and 3 kids and are inviting one mother then the minimum income requirement would be for 6

You (and or your co-signer) should include NOA proving that you earned over LICO for your family size.

when I reapply super visa for my mother, would same Biometric be enough?
new application will recognize that she had done Biometric for previous application?
can I start new application with same GC key log in?
