Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a TRV to be processed? Our first one was denied within a few days,second time was returned because it was incomplete. Resubmitted completed application,then were contacted by phone saying we had the visa but they needed an untranslated version of a document.Sent the document and they mailed a reply saying that the document was received,it has been ten days and no visa or passport has arrived,what is going on? Does anyone have any thoughts or advise? I should mention that we are dealing with the Canadian visa office in Japan .
