TRV - got PPR for me but not my kid

I submitted TRV application of mine and my kid. I got PPR and approval as well. Yet my son application is in progress. It's been month now. Could someone help me what can be done

You can raise a webform but there isn’t much you can do. Are you reuniting with someone in Canada? How old is your son - vaccinated?

My kid is 2year old and we are already in canada. Since our visa expire, we applied for TRV

Have you indicated what your longterm plans are if you have switched to visitor status? Are you waiting for permit or PR approval?
