TRV GC Account for kids or from my account ? (Confusion)

Hello,

I have to apply TRV for my two kids (both are below 4 years).

1- Shall I create a separate GC account for both of them? And fill the form from their point of view.
2- Shall I create a single GC account for myself and then file two separate applications? In this case, how to handle the questions like "What is your purpose of stay? " Shall I answer from the applicant's point of view?

Background: I have a valid PR and living outside Canada.

Can anyone clarify!
