Hello friends,
1.please tell me that what is the difference between invitation letter or sponsorship.
Its same?
2.my mother's brother ( Mama) is Canadian citizen and want to sponsor me so
what documents(further documents ) need to support/prove that he is my relative means mama.

Are you planning to come over as visitor?
If so, then person in Canada need to provide the invitation letter , in the letter he needs to mention that he sponsor your tickets , your stay in canada. Mostly notarize letters hold good.
In the same letter he can mention about the relationship. Try to attach the passport copies while it is being notarized.
I hope notarizing holds a value and puts some weight on the application.
