nopes ...i got this status today...so it has left embassy for sure...whether it has reached khi or not...i am not sure yaar

No she cannot. However, she may get enrolled in a short course that ends before her temporary visitor status expires (if you do not want to apply for her student visa). Are you still waiting on her request?

I have seen a change in the status today. Passport Dispatched. Fingers crossed.
My Time line

Applid for TRV 12th mar 13
Med req 24th Mar 13
Med done 5th Apr
Passport dispatched 7th May.

All, im on work permit in montreal and applied for spouse TRV on 26 Jul 13. Medicals done on 08 Aug 13. status is still showing as 'under processing'. Applied via VFS- Bangalore.

Any hints / suggestions ?
