TRV approval after you visited Canada multiple times and now previous visa is expired

I had one year multiple visa due to my passport was valid for 18 months at the time i applied.
I visited canada twice alone and with my family on this visa.
I applied again before the expiry of current visa.
My son is in canada working after completion of his studies.
My question is is there any possibility that they refused visa ?
My family still have 5 years multiple visa and my application is for traveling with family to spend winter vacation of my kids.

Anyone please share your experience.

Approval is never guaranteed. However if you held a TRV previously, then your chances of getting another one approved should be very good.
