TRV applied in April 2018 (India)

I applied for my parents TRV on 24th April. Going through the posts, it looks like a 30 day waiting is average for april applicants.

Hey, my brother applied for visitor visa with a paper application, we linked his application to online CIC account. Now in online account it says online application. So what it'll be considered Online or paper application?

It will be considered as paper based application. You can check the status of your application online.
