send an email to your local VO, for me it was NDVO DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
process- send an email with additional document which you think would address the refusal reason (this should be there in refusal letter), dont just send an email asking them to review as it would be useless.

I have applied for TRV on 5th April , 2018 . Till now there is no development. And the tracking shows "in progress". I applied through VFS , Delhi. Anybody in the same predictment?

My parents got refusal after 109days
Reasons:
1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as temporary resident.in reaching this decision.
2.travel history.
They never travel out of country.
3. Purpose of visit.
For tourism sightseeing purpose and quality time with me and my family and attending my kid birthday and celebration Eid
I m Canadian citizen and my kids born in Canada my parents wants to visit me
Already I cleared in letter they will not burden to government of Canada any cercumstances and I assure that they leave Canada end of their proposed stay.
When they can apply if they apply again chance to get visa? Plz reply

Hey bro they can refuse it on 1st day or at 109 day or at 150 days. It’s all on them. I seen your comments previously which stated that people will get visa if their file is waiting for a long time that’s totally wrong.

My parents and brother got VISA from India (passer Application) in 24 days. So time and result of your application are not co-related at all.

Hey bro they can refuse it on 1st day or at 109 day or at 150 days. It’s all on them. I seen your comments previously which stated that people will get visa if their file is waiting for a long time that’s totally wrong.

My parents and brother got VISA from India (passer Application) in 24 days. So time and result of your application are not co-related at all.

First of all im not giving any wring (maybe wrong) information to anybody okey im just sharing my experience coz i seen here many people who got their visas after 4-5 months thats i know very clearly long time doesn’t matter long time decisions were less rejection. If you are Immigration counsultent then thats better thing i have no issue.

If you are Immigration counsultent then thats better thing i have no issue.

For my spouse in 2016 applied for SOWP rejected after 5 months ( on website processing time was 33 day) and 2nd time rejected again in 4 month (on website processing time was 42 days) . Applied again in 2016 November got approval in 9 days( on website it was 47 days)

Same for visitors. We applied for my mother in law rejected after 115 days second time approved in 13 days (both paper Application from VFS Bangalore)
