Hello Friends,

What if someone has Open Work Permit, + LMIA, Job offer letter and invitation letter from Canadian employer and that employer is NOT on the list of ineligible employer for hiring foreign workers, will he/she has to apply for TRV. and if yes, in how many days is that TRV expected to be approved??

Your post doesn't make sense. Open Work Permits are not issued based on an LMIA; if your employer had an LMIA, you would be issued a closed work permit. If you are outside Canada and were approved for a work permit, a TRV would have also been issued. Are you already in Canada?

No, I have applied outside Canada. I didn't get any TRV issued

As I said, a TRV would have been issued with a closed work permit. You were probably scammed. Post the job offer with personal info removed.
I am not able to insert any attachment here in this thread.

As a general rule, an open work permit does require TRV or otherwise??

Any non visa-exempt worker/student/visitor requires a TRV to travel to Canada.

I didn't gave anything but how are you sure that this is fake. I have check the accuracy of work permit and LMIA with Canadian embassy and they told me that its genuine and they have the same record in their system
In order to apply for a work permit, you would have needed to actually submit your passport and you would have been issued a TRV. And again, it would have been a closed work permit if based on an LMIA.

Also, the employer is one of top telecommunication sector. Its a national communication company of Canada
Scams always use real and well-known companies. Google it. You will likely find the same scam.

I have already done that about finding any scams related to this job offer, but couldn't find any. The company is "TELUS Communications"

Cancuk is 100% correct. Companies give LMIA and then candidate has to apply work permit. SCAMMMMMM
