TRP timeline and refusal rate

Has anyone had any experience with TRP applications?
What is the timeline of approval and how long is it taking in 2023?
I would also love to know if anyone has had their TRP refused, and what was the reason behind it.

In my case, I was on a PGWP, where it expired and my consultant asked to apply a visitor visa. My visitor got refused, so my agent applied for a restoration which also got refused.
the only thing left was a TRP, which I applied in August 2023. I want to prepare myself for the timeline of the result, and what are my options if it gets refused.

TRP processing timelines are 1.5 to 2 years these days based on my knowledge and the posts I've seen on this forum. Approval / refusal rates aren't published.
