I am in Canada with a valid study permit. If I renew my study permit at another college and my classes start on January 11, 2027, then I am going to Algeria in October, will I have any problems with the immigration officer at the airport?
You need a valid TRV to enter Canada. You are not renewing a study permit if changing DLI but it is a new study permit. If your new study permit hasn't been approved when you enter Canada then you cannot study.
