I received my eCOPR two days ago (issued in Montreal), but I need to travel outside of Canada in three weeks. Is there any way I can request IRCC to expedite the process? How can I contact the office in Montreal? Additionally, I am unable to speak with an agent when I call the IRCC telephone number.
