Travel while awaiting biometrics request

Hello Guys,

I am a citizen of India, currently a resident of USA(H1B). I just submitted my Permanent Residency application through Express Entry program. The next step, I heard, is a request for biometrics from IRCC. So I have these questions

> Can I travel to India while I am waiting for biometrics request?
> Can I submit my biometrics from India if I get a request when I am there?
> Would I need to re-submit a new Indian "police certificate" or US police certificate when I am back from India?


Would appreciate a response as I need to plan my travels.

The third question is very important as PCC india takes a month in San Francisco, which might delay my application further. I heard that PCC is not required again once you submit your application. But just need a confirmation.

For any other country
For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

You aren't going for six months or more, are you?

Were you able to give biometrics in india ??? Even i am applying from KSA and would be on vacation soon after applying ..And as an average timeline seen , after a month or so , they send BIL..SO at that time i would be in India..
