in my check list for paper based application to CIC for PR ( I've received nomination from BC PNP)
it is stated that
" if you live in a country other than your country of nationality, include a photocopy of your visa for the country in which you currently live"
I live currently in Canada and I have my work permit but I was lazy to do visa as I'm not going to go out of the country. Do I need to apply for the visa??? is it totally legal to be in Canada without visa but with work permit??
