Travel and permit extension queries

My study permit expires this November, and I want to visit my home country for the last time before I graduate, I know that you have to start the extension process atleast 30 day ahead of the dead line, my question is, if I travel out of the country and then travel back in by August, will I face any trouble in the immigration ??
