Transition from high wage to low wage lmia

Hi I'm currently working as drywall helper at pay rate 23/hour, now I'm applying a meat cutter lmia with 16$/hour ,do visa officer can create problem as I'm changing from high wage to low wage,
But I'm upgrading my noc c to noc b
