my son joined university in Canada and had obtained a student visa by submitting a paper application. after completing first year of his course he decided to transfer to another university and has now transferred to another university. His student visa was issued based on the original university and he has tried online to create an account and link his application to transfer DLI but unable to do so. will this create an issue when he arrives in Canada to join the new semester?
