Hello,

My son finished associate degree and will continue University. Due to recent regulation changes, he needs to apply new study permit from inside Canada.

My Question is ;

My son can show his bank account for 4 months ( he worked part time, PT income and transfer money from me , but have little balance )

I will transfer proof of fund ( one year tuition fees + living cost )= 55000 CAD into his account.

Can he submit his 4 months bank account + transfer amount from me .?

Any doc do we need from my side ?

Just include letter of explanation. Is he changing schools?

Yes. he is changing school. Is it possible he shows only his account with enough proof of fund?. However I transfer money ( 0ne year tuition fees plus living cost according to instruction from their website ). Letter of explanation from son or from parents?

So he cannot study at the new DLI until approved. Assume his study permit was still valid when he applied. He needs to show the $21k plus tuition so if he isn't showing the funds in his own account with explanation of where the funds came from then write a letter of explanation. Include your bank statements too to show the transfer of funds.
