Transcripts held at customs

My Transcripts are held at customs since Sep 23rd. Have reached out to Border agency, but no luck. Does anyone has any idea.. how long would it take?

Why are your transcripts held at Customs? Do they have a reason to believe that the transcripts are fraudulent?
