I had an asylum hearing on 23rd June 2025. The hearing was held as I expected. I gave the proper answers that the board member was looking for. The hearing was held for 4 hours and 20 minutes. And after finishing the member questions & answers, the member said, "Have some credibility issues," and asked my counselor to submit an oral conclusion. In conclusion, my counselor gave the best oral explanation for resolving credibility issues, which the member thought. But at the end of the hearing, a member said that will send an email for NOD.
I am really worried about my decision. What would the timeline be in 2025
Does anyone have the same situation during the hearing? Please reply. Thanks.
